3.1. Educational Background: Candidates must possess a law degree (LL.B. or higher). A post-graduate degree (CS, LL.M.) will be favourably considered.
3.2. Location: Candidates must be Mumbai-based.
3.3. Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of two years of contract management experience with a corporate law firm, advisory, or consulting environment.
3.4. Mandatory Skills and Knowledge: The Candidates must:
• Be proficient in drafting, reviewing, marking up, negotiating, and finalising commercial agreements and contracts.
• Have experience in conceptualising, drafting and reviewing corporate contracts, including Master Service Agreements, Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), EULA, Distributor Agreements, and SAAS contracts.
• Have an understanding of key commercial considerations, risk management, compliance, regulatory challenges in emerging sectors (such as fintech and AI), and the nuances of cross-border operations.
• This role involves significant client interaction. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing client communications, coordinating with clients, and negotiating with counterparties and their legal counsel.
